Agriculture Produce Marketing Services
The Agriculture Produce Marketing Services take a holistic and demand-driven approach to addressing constraints along clients’ various value chains. The objective is to sustainably enhance clients’ agriculture enterprises income through enhancing productivity as well as increasing market access. As such, we offer business advice and services on a variety of agricultural enterprises. One of the key tasks under value chain development is the provision of planning, production, and marketing training on specific agriculture enterprises. Our offer:

Farm Production & Support Services
Farming is hard work—and far from simple. Whether a small or very large farm, a family-owned or a much larger co-op, good farming is about anticipating and managing risk as well as establishing productive relationships within the agriculture industry. The Farm Business Services we provide are at four levels: (i) working on AENGES “owned” properties, (ii) working with the owner whilst providing technical and management support, (iii) operating the farm on behalf of the owner, and (iv) extension services support in crops and livestock production.
In Zimbabwe, AENGES is currently operating in Goromonzi, Chimanimani, and Chipinge Districts. Beyond the Zimbabwe boarders, the firm is conteplating operating farms in Mpika District, Zambia. Our offer:

Training & Capacity Building Services
The main objective of the training and capacity building services is to help build farmers’ capacity to practice farming as a business, and for natural resources users and decision makers to utilize resources sustainably while contributing to the generation of incomes and supporting livelihoods, with the overall goal of strengthening the farmers’ and resource users’ business planning and management skills.
Training and capacity building services will be provided through:
- Online Courses: Structured to allow trainees to be able to learn at their own pace;
- Virtual (online) training: Whereby we provide scheduled virtual (live) training events and webinars;
- Face-to-face training: for increased impact learning for individuals or groups; and
- Customized training and courses
Health & Wellness Farm Fair Services
AENGES provides health and welness services that are grouped into these these three (3) categories: (i) farm fresh produce culinary training services; (ii) development & adaptation of healthy eating recipes and meal plans; and (iii) health & wellness farm fairs. The health & wellness farm fair services include:
- 1. Organic Food Markets: Setting up a periodic farmers’ markets where local farmers and vendors can sell fresh, organic produce, dairy products, meats, and other healthy food items;
- 2. Farm-to-Table Cooking Demonstrations: Inviting local chefs or nutritionists to showcase how to prepare nutritious meals using farm-fresh ingredients. They provide cooking tips, recipe ideas, and samples for attendees to enjoy.
- 3. Farm Tours: Guided tours of selected farm, allowing visitors to learn about sustainable farming practices, including the importance of organic farming for better health and the environment;
- 4. Sustainable Farming Workshops: Host workshops on sustainable farming methods, organic gardening, composting, and beekeeping. The workshop aim at educating attendees on the importance of sustainable practices for both personal health and the environment.
Consultancy Services
Besides providing services in agro-business value chain and marketing services, AENGES provides consultancy services in (i) natural resources management & environment services, and (ii) monitoring and evaluation for progammes and projects.
We provide customized services to clients in the natural resources dependent sectors like tourism, mining, forestry and agriculture to ensure sustainable enterprise development.
Monitoring and evaluation services include programme or project design, development of M&E frameworks, conducting of baseline, mid-term, end-of-term, and evaluation or impact studies. We also provides training and capacity building services on M&E, and programme or project impact assessment methods. Our offer:
